There are several monographs devoted to stroke diagnosis, work up, and managment. The uniqueness of "The Stroke Book" is the unusual (and welcomed) combination of being succinct but thorough, and data-packed but easy to read. Chapters are focused with specific data well supported by contemporary references from primary literature. The authors are world-famous and highly regarded. The book is an excellent companion for practicing vascular and nonvascular Neurologists, Internists, Emergency Physicians, and trainees of the same.
